Regal Orb is a currency item in the popular action role-playing game Path of Exile. It is used to upgrade a piece of rare equipment to a higher-quality version. The upgrade is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Obtaining

Regal Orbs can be obtained through monster drops, looting chests, and trading with other players. They can also be purchased directly from the in-game shop.

Spending

Regal Orbs can be used to upgrade an item to a higher-quality version. To do this, simply right-click the Regal Orb and then click on the item you wish to upgrade. The item must have at least six sockets and be of rare quality to be eligible for an upgrade. If the upgrade is successful, the item will gain an additional property and/or bonus effects. If the upgrade fails, the item will be destroyed and the Regal Orb will be lost.
